AJ Courier has no control over customs clearance procedures, customs assessments, or government-imposed charges in destination countries.
We shall not be responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
6. Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to:
- provide accurate sender and receiver information;
- correctly declare package contents;
- package items securely;
- comply with all Nigerian and international shipping laws;
- ensure shipped items are lawful.
The customer shall be responsible for any losses resulting from inaccurate information supplied.
7. Prohibited Items
The following items are prohibited from shipment through AJ Courier unless expressly permitted by law and accepted by us:
- Illegal drugs
- Firearms
- Ammunition
- Explosives
- Hazardous chemicals
- Counterfeit products
- Stolen property
- Live animals
- Human remains
- Pornographic materials prohibited by law
- Currency or negotiable instruments (unless specifically accepted)
- Any item prohibited by Nigerian law or the destination country’s laws.
We reserve the right to refuse, inspect, hold, or report any prohibited shipment to the appropriate authorities.
AJ courier & Logistic Services Ltd is a digital platform built for businesses and people to send parcels to anyone anywhere in the world. AJ courier and logistic services has not control over any country destination customs duty clearance payment and procedures .
AJ courier has no control over the delayed of parcel that has left the country but we do everything reasonable to communicate to customers if there are any delays . As some circumstances are beyond control.
In using our platform, you agree that you are 18 years and above. Our Services are directed to people from the ages of 18 and above. We shall not be held accountable for any financial, consequential, or other losses arising from uninsured shipments.
We operate as a digital platform and utilizes courier companies and shipping partners to facilitate the transportation and delivery of shipments. You acknowledges and agrees that once a package or shipment is handed over to our designated shipping partner, we relinquishes control and responsibility for the physical transportation and delivery process. Any claims, disputes, or issues arising from the shipping process itself should be directed to the respective shipping partner. We will assist in facilitating communication between you and the shipping partner, but ultimate resolution lies with the shipping partner’s policies and procedures.
